Making a reservation

How do I book?

Booking is made easy, quick, and secure for your convenience. After providing the departure and arrival locations, a selection of vehicles will be presented to you: just pick the one that fits your preferences. Then, proceed to fill in the essential transfer details. The confirmation email you will get includes instructions for the meeting point, payment terms, and the emergency contact number.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

To guarantee availability and get the best transfer price, we suggest booking as soon as possible.

I am unable to locate the airport or destination I am searching for.

If you are unable to locate the airport or destination, kindly contact us to request a quote and we will contact you back shortly.

How do I include extra stops?

We offer complete customization for all private transfers to meet your specific requirements. If you require multiple stops, please provide the details in the 'comments and instructions' box during the reservation process. We will respond accordingly, especially if any fare adjustments are necessary.

What pick-up time should I choose in order to ensure I get to the airport in time?

We recommend you to choose a pickup time in order to be at the airport at least 2 hours before the estimated flight departure time. The system shows the estimated journey time on the vehicle selection booking page.

Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll get a confirmation email-voucher with all the reservation details, such as local contact information and instructions on where to meet your driver.

Will I need to reconfirm my transfer?

Once you have got your booking confirmation, your transfer is locked in and scheduled. No need to reconfirm!

Is your website safe and secure?

Absolutely! We use secure encryption, ensuring that your data is perfectly safe.

Is it possible for me to make changes to my booking ?

The LOGIN section provides you with the ability to easily update most of your reservation's details on your own. However, if you need any help, please don't hesitate to contact us at any time.

May I cancel my reservation?

Yes, as per Terms & Conditions.

Traveling

Where will I meet the driver?

The booking confirmation email you receive will include specific details about the meeting point. Upon arrival at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival lounge holding a sign with your name on it.

What will be my luggage entitlement?

It is essential to comply with the luggage entitlement mentioned in your reservation. Exceeding the specified limit may result in insufficient space in the booked vehicle. Please refrain from carrying luggage over the seats as it is against the regulations. If necessary, you can always update your reservation to a different vehicle that can better accommodate your luggage needs.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

In the very rare event that you cannot locate your driver, please do not leave the location where you are waiting but call promptly the emergency phone number supplied on the reservation confirmation email.

Where should I expect my driver to drop me off?

the service is door-to-door. Your driver will take you to the address you specified in your booking.

How should I proceed if my flight is delayed?

Your flight is monitored, meaning that your driver will monitor flight and will update the pickup time in case of any delays.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

In some cases, flight cancellations are communicated at the last minute. If you become aware of your flight being canceled within 6 hours of the scheduled arrival time, please call the emergency number to report the cancellation or request a rescheduled pickup.

Could there be other travelers in the vehicle I book?

Not unless you book a “shared” transfer.

Payment info

Is the price shown fully inclusive?

Yes, the total price on your reservation confirmation email voucher is fully inclusive including fuel and toll charges, meet and greet and door-to-door service.

How do I pay for my transfer?  Can I pay in advance?  Can I pay on behalf of the passenger/s?

The payment options are highly flexible, allowing customers to pay in advance by charging the credit card provided during the reservation process, or by paying in cash/credit card directly to the driver.

Why I have to enter my credit card details if I want to pay to the driver?

Like for hotel rooms and for many other travel services, we need a valid credit card as a guarantee to hold your reservation also if the payment will be by cash.

May I get a receipt / invoice?

In the event that you need a payment receipt or invoice, please make sure to request it while booking in the "comments and instructions" box.

Should I consider tipping the driver?

Feel free to give a tip to the driver if you are pleased with the service provided.
